This European composer also researches artificial intelligence. In his music, he mixes warm piano with game-inspired synths and makes a refreshing fusion that can travel the world.

 

nymano x Pandrezz – Fireworks

Made in France, this Chillhop track is the first from a forthcoming album “Hometown” exploring what it means to be at peace in familiar surroundings.

 

Robot Koch – Crystal Grid

A lightly chilled track from a beautiful, cinematic and sometimes dark album “Sphere” which is the soundtrack to an immersive full dome planetarium show in Berlin.

 

Pepo Galán – S a m o a (with Sita Ostheimer)

From the Spanish ambient composer’s album “Strange Parentheses” which is both melancholic and blissful.

 

Havasi – Mystic

A beatiful piano performance from an artist playing the Barbican tomorrow (October 13). His Symphonic Concert Show is a theatrical spectacle, and this tune is from his recent “Pure Piano” album.

Chillhop Essentials – Fall 2018

Chillhop have great ears for soulful rhythms and vibes which do the hard job of being relaxing yet inspiring, chilled and still evocative and energising at the same time. They’ve become a big part of what we love at Chill, as well as the soundtrack of choice to countless stories and videos online today. So we find that exploring their quarterly compilation of new finds is an exciting event, even more so because they’ll give it to you for any price you want to pay (including free). You’ll recognise this classic Roger Sanchez tune, but it’s never been so chilled.

 

Packed Rich – Ornithology EP

This producer travelled Japan collecting bird sounds and mixed them into this tunes which evoke exotic landscapes which have helped people chill through the ages.

 

Guggenz – Coast

This is the soundtrack to your life if it’s set in the 80s, and you’re the funkiest person in town.

 

Thomas Lemmer & Christoph Sebastian Pabst – Korallenmeer

Super laid-back ambience from versatile chillout producer Thomas Lemmer. This track feels like a refreshing flight through a gently clouded sky.
